Knighthead Capital Management is a New York-based fund manager founded by Tom Wagner. The firm operates across three primary asset classes: hedge funds, private debt, and real estate, specializing in long-short investments with a focus on event-driven, distressed credit, and special situation opportunities across various industries. In July 2013, following its acquisition of Silo Financial, Knighthead established Knighthead Realty to manage investment decisions for its real estate funds.
