Invel is a private equity real estate firm founded by Chris Papachristophorou focussed on Southern Europe. They are an independent firm and a fully integrated manager, currently managing €3.5billion of assets and have deployed more than €1.5 billion of capital since inception on behalf of global institutional investors through both fund and co-investment structures. Invel is a Value Add and Opportunistic manager, investing through the capital stack and an IPE Top 10 Opportunistic manager in Europe. They manage appropriately sized funds for their target region to allow for significant co-investment, seek to optimise returns for their LPs and have an established track record. In addition to the dedicated team of their flagship fund series, Invel capitalises on its wider Ecosystem that comprises of three internally managed operating companies (a listed REIT, a luxury hospitality platform and a residential development company) with over 100 professionals on the ground.
