Hutch Capital Management, established in 2004, is a US-based hedge fund manager. The firm focuses on the structuring and management of marketable alternative investment funds. As of January 1, 2018, the value funds underwent a restructuring, including the transfer and consolidation of assets from the Value Partners Funds and the transitioning of investment advisory responsibilities concerning the consolidated entities to Hutch Capital Management, an investment manager unaffiliated with James River Capital Corp. In connection with such a transition, James River Value Fund LLC, James River Value Fund Ltd., and James River Value Hub Fund were rebranded as Hutch Onshore, Hutch Offshore, and Hutch Master Fund, respectively.
