Founded in 1963, Hirschfeld Properties LLC is a fully diversified and vertically integrated real estate investment company engaged in the acquisition, development, leasing, management, and ownership of multifamily residential communities predominantly in the Eastern seaboard and Sunbelt United States. Over its 60-year history, the Firm has developed, owned and operated all major property types, and currently owns and manages approximately 2,000 multifamily units. The Firm has a unique and proven differentiator in its one-day renovation strategy which renovates occupied apartments with tenants in place, providing superior returns to investors.
