Founded in 2008, Green Court Capital Management (Green Court) is an independent employee-controlled hedge fund manager focusing on China's public markets. Headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Shanghai and Singapore, the firm caters to a global client base comprising endowments & foundations, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and other long-term capital allocators. Green Court was established by Lihui Tang and Yulin Yao, who previously led the Greater China investment team at Neuberger Berman. Neuberger Berman owns a passive minority stake in Green Court.
