Gen2 Partners is a South Korea-focused hedge fund manager established by Kyle Shin. Based in Hong Kong, the multi-strategy, multi-disciplinary investment management firm is a spin-off from the original Gen2 Partners in March 2013 when Kyle Shin parted ways with the firm. The original firm was re-registered as Adamas Asset Management, whilst Kyle Shin continued to operate the KS Asia Absolute Return Fund IC multi-strategy fund under the Gen2 Partners name.
