Gamma Capital offers a fundamentally-based directional global macro strategy that invests in a diversified portfolio of stock indexes, bonds, currencies, industrial commodities, and precious metals. Investment decisions are driven by a nonlinear quantitative approach using economic fundamentals and informational economics. The strategy targets an annual return of 8% over Libor with 12% volatility and low correlation with other global macro and CTA strategies. The firm was founded in 2017 by Karl Chalupa. Previously, Mr. Chalupa was the director of risk management at Titan Advisors since 2010, and also served as its head of global macro, multi-strategy, and quantitative analysis since 2007.
