Fort Washington Capital Partners

Fort Washington Capital Partners Group (“FW Capital”) is the private equity division of Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. ("Fort Washington"), an SEC-registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (as amended). Fort Washington was founded on May 16, 1990 as the primary investment management subsidiary of The Western and Southern Life Insurance Company (“Western & Southern”), both of which are members of the Western & Southern Financial Group ("W&SFG"). The firm is, and has always been, a wholly owned subsidiary of W&SFG. In 1999, Fort Washington expanded its private equity investment efforts to include third-party clients through FW Capital’s fund-of-funds offerings. In 2003, FW Capital launched the first of its secondary funds (“Opportunities I”) establishing the strategy that will be used for Fort Washington Private Equity Opportunities Fund V, L.P. (“Opportunities V”). In 2004, FW Capital launched the first of its diversified primary funds (“Fund IV”).
