Flexstone Partners, an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers, was established, and began to operate on January 1 2019, to bring together three private investment firms - Caspian Private Equity (formed in 2008), Euro-PE (formed in 2005), and Eagle Asia Partners (formed in 2007) - to form one cohesive global team designed to support the distinct needs of its clients worldwide. Flexstone Partners, is an asset manager specialized in small and midcap global private equity markets with local footprints in New York, Paris, Geneva, and Singapore. Flexstone manages primary and secondary investments as well as co-investments. Flexstone’s expertise is distinguished by a high flexibility in building diversified portfolios to provide clients access to top quartile fund managers while adapting risk return profiles. Flexstone is a signatory of the UN-PRI since 2014.
