Eurizon Capital is an asset management company dedicated to the management of funds of hedge funds for Italian retail and institutional clients. It was established in 2001 under the operating name Eurizon Alternative Investments but was incorporated by its parent company, Eurizon Capital, in 2012. The firm also invests in infrastructure projects in the energy, transportation, environmental services, and healthcare sectors mainly in Europe and Italy. The firm manages a portfolio of funds of hedge funds that are well-diversified in terms of investment strategies and risk/return profiles. Eurizon Capital is the asset management arm of Eurizon Financial Group, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group subsidiary which holds the controlling interests in EurizonVita, Banca Fideuram, and Eurizon Capital. Pramerica, originally the asset management company of the UBI Banca Group, and from 07/2021 part of Eurizon Asset Management is an infrastructure firm focusing on natural resources and social infrastructure investments. The company was founded in 2001 through an agreement with Prudential Financial, one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. Pramerica's offerings are designed to meet the needs of private and institutional investors and include products ranging from mutual funds to managed accounts and sub-funds of the SICAV under Luxembourg law, UBI SICAV.Read more ⏷
