Devonshire Investors is the private investment arm of the owners of Fidelity Investments, one of largest financial institutions with over USD 1.5 trillion in assets under management. For more than 40 years, Devonshire has been a significant presence in the venture capital and private equity industry with investment teams focused on real estate (Pembroke Real Estate), venture capital (Devonshire Ventures, Fidelity Biosciences, Fidelity Growth Partners – Europe, Asia and India) and wholly-owned strategic investments in energy and TMT sectors. Devonshire Investors is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2015 the firm merged with Fidelity Biosciences, the other venture capital arm of Fidelity Investments, and are no longer active.
