Demea Invest is a fund manager that is established in 2025 with the merger of two French fund manager Demeter Partners and Cerea Partners that will invest in private equity and private debt investments in startups, SMEs, and mid-sized companies, driven by an ambitious vision. Through this merger, the two management companies – along with respective fields of the agri-food value chain (Cerea) and the energy and ecological transition (Demeter) – are combining its investment experience and sectors expertise to finance and support businesses and infrastructure projects with the prospects for sustainable growth.
