DB Private Equity

DB Private Equity was an alternative investment management firm. It invested across private equity, private debt, real estate and infrastructure through its primary, secondary, and direct investment teams. Operating within Deutsche Bank’s asset and wealth management division, DB Private Equity acted primarily as a fund of funds manager, offering a number of customized account and consulting services. It engaged in the origination, structuring and funding of direct investments, co-investments and co-managed direct strategies across a range of alternative asset classes, providing both discretionary and non-discretionary services to its clients. In Q1 2018, CAM Private Markets agreed to acquire DB Private Equity from Deutsche Asset Management, and the firm was named CAM Alternatives. The deal was completed in September 2018.
