Established in July 2004, CSV Capital Partners is a Shanghai-based asset management firm. The firm traditionally managed venture capital as well as private equity funds for its clients but established a foothold in the hedge fund space with the launch of CSV China Opportunities Fund in 2010. CSV China Opportunities Fund is a long/short equity vehicle investing in a concentrated portfolio of undervalued Chinese companies. In Q1 2016, CSV Capital Partners ceased fundraising efforts for any new private equity funds due to a change in the firms strategic policies.
