Additionally, the firm has introduced several Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs) for Wave Financials' premier digital asset funds in Europe, including the Wave Bitcoin Income & Growth and NFT funds. In September 2022, Wave Financial LLC, a digital asset investment management firm regulated by the SEC, acquired a minority interest in Criptonite Asset Management. At the end of 2022 the firm 'Wave Financial LLC' completed its acquisition of 'Criptonite Asset Management'.
