CR Capital is the strategic investment arm of China Resources Group, formerly known as Harvest Capital Partners, a conglomerate dealing in consumer goods, power, property, cement, gas, medication and finance. CR Capital is the holding company for CR Bank, CR Trust, CR Investment, CR Asset and CR Capital Management. Through these subsidiaries, the investment company has exposure to the banking, trust and fund management sectors. CR Capital helps to manage real estate funds co-sponsored by CR Group. The firm employs an array of strategies including core-plus, value added and opportunistic strategies and undertakes acquisition, development, redevelopment and active management of properties. The firm targets apartments, retail, residential and office assets located in China, Hong Kong and Macau. It focuses on investing in selected regional cities which have a large population base, high economic growth rate and rapidly growing disposable income per capital. CMH Healthcare Investment has been completely taken over by China Resources Capital Management.
