Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) is an Australia-based property group that owns and manages a range of real estate assets, as well as the management of listed, private, and direct real estate management. The firm manages investor capital and real estate vehicles on behalf of Australia's superannuation funds, large overseas pension and sovereign wealth funds, as well as high net worth individuals and retail investors. Charter Hall Group targets a range of income producing and stabilized properties, including industrial and logistics, office, retail, and social infrastructure assets. Charter Hall has also extended its Fund Management capability with a 50% investment in the listed equities Fund Manager Paradice Investment Management (PIM), which invests on behalf of wholesale and retail investors across domestic and global listed equities. PIM manages investments for both wholesale and retail investors in domestic and global listed equities.
