Founded in 2008, CFH Investment Partners is a real estate investment and asset management firm located in Austin, Texas. We apply a conservative, value-oriented underwriting process in pursuit of undervalued or underperforming properties, leveraging in-house operational expertise to drive improvement. By blending local knowledge and market-driven insights with a thoroughly disciplined process we are able to uncover opportunity in each phase of the business cycle. CFH Investment Partners is backed by a family office. Our principals invest significant equity capital in every asset that we manage. This ensures alignment of interests with our outside investment partners, which include high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional funds. CFH Investment Partners has acquired over 8300 multifamily units in transactions totaling more than $800million in Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana. Individual investment sizes range from $10 million to $100 million.
