Cambridge Place Investment Management (CPIM) was established in 2002 as an investment manager specializing in structured finance and financial services. CPIM has established a number of funds and vehicles to meet its investors’ objectives, including open-ended funds, closed-ended funds, CDOs and real estate companies. Investments have been made on a global basis (US, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia); across all securitized asset classes and at all levels of the capital structure from AAA-rated securities through to equity structures. CPIM, through its fund platform, has also made numerous direct equity investments into financial services businesses across the globe. CPIM is headquartered in London and has an office in Boston with these two offices covering its principal markets of the UK, Europe and the US, and has gross assets under management of over USD 3bn across various investment platforms. In addition, CPIM provides advisory services for a variety of clients across a wide range of asset classes. CPIM is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK.
