Established in 2006 by Shaye Hirsch, Brio Capital Management is an event-driven hedge fund manager based in New York. The firm maintains a diversified portfolio and focuses on companies with market capitalization under $250 million that have favorable risk/reward profiles. Investments are made in various forms, including common and preferred stock, convertible preferred stock, senior notes, and convertible notes.
