Boardwalk Pipeline Partners is a US-based limited partnership that provides transportation, storage, gathering, and processing of natural gas and liquids services. Through its subsidiaries, the firm owns and operates interconnected natural gas pipelines across the northeastern and southeastern United States. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners was formed under Loews Corporation’s acquisition of Texas Gas Transmission, LLC, in 2003 and Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP, in 2004. From 2005 until 2018, Boardwalk was a master limited partnership (MLP). In 2018, Boardwalk Pipeline Partners was acquired by Loews Corporation and became a subsidiary firm. Boardwalk Pipelines Holding Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Loews Corporation now owns 100 percent of Boardwalk Pipeline Partners's capital. The firm's all common units ceased to be publicly traded or listed on the NYSE.Read more ⏷
