Azimut

Azimut is an independent asset manager headquartered in Italy. Active since 1990 and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2004, the firm manages over 100 funds, which are grouped into three families: AZ Fund 1, comprising the majority of the UCITS offering; AZ Multi Asset, targeted at institutional investors; and AZ Pure China, which focuses on alternative products investing in China’s domestic market. Azimut’s core activities include the development, management, marketing, and distribution of asset management products and financial services for both private and institutional clients. Through its various subsidiaries, the firm provides investors with access to a broad range of funds. The hedge fund arm includes Italian-domiciled funds and funds of hedge funds managed by Azimut Capital Management, as well as Irish-domiciled hedge funds managed by AZ Capital Management. AZ Fund Management offers exposure to both traditional and alternative UCITS-compliant vehicles. Azimut also operates a private debt division that invests in direct lending and distressed debt across a diversified range of industries in Italy and the US. Its real estate arm focuses on the acquisition and management of real estate assets, including private real estate funds.
