Azimut

Azimut is an independent asset manager headquartered in Italy. The firm manages over 100 funds, divided into three families. AZ Fund 1 groups together the majority of the UCITS offering; AZ Multi Asset is targeted at institutional investors; and AZ Pure China offers alternative products which invest in China’s domestic market. The firm has been active since 1990 and has been listed on the Italian stock exchange since 2004. Its core activity is the development, management, marketing, and distribution of asset management products and financial services which are aimed at both private and institutional clients. Through its various subsidiaries, Azimut offers investors access to a wide range of funds. The hedge fund arm of the firm provides Italian funds and funds of hedge funds. Italy-domiciled hedge funds are offered by Azimut Capital Management and Irish-domiciled hedge funds are offered by AZ Capital Management. AZ Fund Management provides exposure to traditional and alternative UCITS-compliant vehicles. The firm's private debt arm invests in direct lending & distressed debt across a diversified range of industries across Italy & US. The real estate arm of the firm targets the acquisition and management of real estate assets, as well as the management of private real estate funds. The firm focuses on opportunities in schools, student housing, residences for the elderly, medical facilities, sports facilities, and technological infrastructures across Italy.
