Founded in 2003 by Álvaro de Remedios, Arcano Partners (the “Firm”) is an investment management and advisory firm with seven offices across Europe and the United States. Arcano Partners currently employs over 240 fully dedicated employees and operates two business lines: Investment Banking: The Investment Banking division offers financial advisory services along with equity and debt capital products to medium-sized companies in Spain and Portugal. Notable areas of expertise within this division include real estate, financial institutions, healthcare, retail, consumer, infrastructure, TMT, transportation and industrials. This division also provides macro-economic research reports and financial advisory services for corporate transactions (including M&A, corporate strategies, debt restructuring, corporate bond issuance and private placements). Asset Management: Arcano Capital, the Firm’s asset management division, was established in 2006 with the launch of the private equity fund of funds strategy. Today, Arcano Capital is an alternative asset manager investing globally on behalf of a variety of limited partners and employing more than 130 professionals across diverse backgrounds. Since inception, Arcano Capital has managed and advised over €10.3 billion of assets across a variety of strategies.
