Andeavor Logistics (formerly Tesoro) is a leading full-service logistics company operating primarily in the Western and Mid-Continent regions of the United States. TLLP owns and operates a network of over 3,500 miles of crude oil, refined products, and natural gas pipelines, as well as crude oil and refined products truck and marine terminals and natural gas processing complexes and fractionation facilities. In July 2015, Andeavor Logistics merged and took control of QEP Midstream Partners (QEPM), another midstream energy master limited partnership (MLP). As a result of the merger, QEPM became a wholly-owned subsidiary of TLLP and its common units ceased trading. In October 2018, Marathon Petroleum has closed the transaction in which it acquired all of the outstanding shares of Andeavor through a merger agreement.
