Alpha Real Capital is a specialist real assets investment manager focussed on secure income strategies. The firm invests in UK and European assets with predictable secure long-term cash flows. Alpha provides real asset solutions across a range of investments such as commercial ground rents CGRs), UK renewable infrastructure, and social infrastructure, combining operational real estate experience and fixed income skills. Alpha is privately owned by key individuals within the firm and a passive long-term investor. The business was initially set up as a series of Core Real Estate funds. Following the acquisition of TIME Investments from Close Brothers in 2011, Alpha’s primary focus has been on secure income investing. Alpha operates across diversified investment markets: listed and unlisted investment vehicles, open and closed-ended property vehicles, and UK, and European funds, working with large institutional investors and wealth managers.
