Agricultural Asset Manager is a UK based fund raising (50/50 split) joint venture between Fidante Capital (a division of Fidante Partners itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Challenger Limited (Challenger), an Australian financial services firm listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX:CGF)) and Brown & Co - which is among other things, an Agribusiness consultant. The firm aims to partner with established, experienced ground level farm and land management resources at regional levels. This is with the long term aim to add value to assets and identify opportunities from these large scale agricultural business partners. Agri-Am targets assets in the US, UK and, Central & Eastern Europe. With key strategies involving direct management, adoption of new technology, targeting between 8-10% return to investors (net of fees). Initially, Agri-AM was created through Brown & Co's investment with Dexion Capital, however Dexion Capital was acquired by Fidante in July 2015.Read more ⏷
