AD Capital Management is a hedge fund manager based in Hong Kong. It was founded in 2004 as the Hong Kong regional office of Apex Capital Management but was rebranded in February 2012 as an independent entity after its co-founding portfolio manager AuYeung Tat, decided to take control of the regional hedge fund operations. The firm currently manages its flagship fund, AD Greater China Alpha Fund, a Greater China-focused long/short equity fund. The firm focuses on long/short equity trading, capitalizing on the inefficiencies presented by fundamental, tactical, and event driven catalysts.
