Established in 2022 and based in Casablanca, Morocco, Z. systems operates as a B2B (business-to-business) marketplace mobile application that provides trading and distribution services across various retail sectors, including construction materials, home goods, furniture, and electronics. In December 2024, ZSystems raised USD 1. 5 million in seed funding co-led by Maroc Numeric Fund, WITAMAX, Cash Plus Ventures, and Kalys Ventures.

The firm offers a digital marketplace aimed at bridging the gap between brands and traditional retailers in Morocco. Its platform integrates a retailer loyalty program and a wallet system to enhance the trading experience. This platform allows brands to set up digital shelves, manage product inventories, and create pricing strategies, thereby empowering local retailers, known as HANOUTS, to optimize their stock management and enhance customer engagement. The company uses advanced technologies, such as deep learning, to analyze shopper behavior and provide insights.

It also offers tools for managing sales, transportation, and warehouses, through systems like Salesforce, Transport Management System (TMS), and Warehouse Management System (WMS).   The company intends to use the December 2024 funding to advance its technology, expand its catalog, and accelerate operations with retail solutions.
