, and Tiger Global Management, acquired Zimpler AB from AGOF Investments, Inbox Capital, CNI Nordiq, and Nordstjernan. Financial terms were not disclosed. The products of the company include zimpler pay (B2C) which lets businesses to initiate secure and instant payouts directly to customer’s bank accounts, zimpler get paid (B2C) which enables customers to pay directly from their bank accounts, zimpler business pay (B2B) which enables businesses to initiate instant payouts to vendors’ and suppliers’ bank accounts, and zimpler business get paid (B2B) which helps businesses to collect regular or ad hoc payments instantly for fixed or variable amounts from vendors or partners. TrueLayer’s acquisition of Zimpler positions the combined entity as a leading Pay by Bank network in Europe, enabling faster account-to-account payments and expanding coverage across the Nordics and EU.

The integration will accelerate product innovation, enhance instant payment capabilities through Swish and other local rails, and strengthen TrueLayer’s open banking ecosystem. With a broader customer base and deeper market penetration, the company aims to drive adoption of secure, low-cost payment solutions for merchants and consumers. This strategic move sets the stage for long-term growth in the rapidly evolving digital payments landscape.
