Based in Shenzhen, China and founded in 2016, Shenzhen Zhuoyu Technology Co. , Ltd, doing business as Zhuoyu, is an intelligent driving supplier that focuses on the research and development of intelligent driving systems and core components. In December 2024, it closed series A funding from new investors Hengxu Capital and BYD. In November 2025, Zhuoyu raised over CNY 3.

60 billion in strategic investment from new investor China FAW Group. The company specializes in advanced intelligent driving solutions, with its core product, the Chengxing Platform, leading the way. This platform supports high-level intelligent driving across diverse scenarios such as highways, urban areas, and parking. The Chengxing Platform is designed for seamless integration into vehicle cockpits, compatible with multiple chipsets and expandable computing capabilities.

It accommodates different configurations, including inertial navigation systems and third-party lidar systems, catering to the needs of vehicle manufacturers.  The company generates revenue through strategic partnerships and direct sales to automobile manufacturers, supplying advanced intelligent driving systems and components.   Following the investment from China FAW Group in November 2025, Zhuoyu will collaborate with investors and automotive clients, including China FAW Group, leveraging their respective technologies, brands, and capital advantages to jointly promote the intelligent transformation of the automotive industry.
