Zen Intelligence Inc.

Based in Tokyo, Japan, and founded in 2020, Zen Intelligence Inc. , formerly known as SoftRoid Inc. , provides solutions for 360-degree construction site views for site supervision. The company was founded by its CEO Taikan Nozaki.

As of 2022, the firm employee base has 24 employees including outsourced and interns. In September 2025, Zen Intelligence Inc. raised an undisclosed amount  in series A funding  from new investors Z Venture Capital, Angel Bridge, Rice Capital, Japan Finance Corporation and Resona Bank, with participation from returning investors FIRSTLIGHT Capital and Incubate Fund. The round was part of a larger JPY 1.

5 billion series A and debt funding. The company offers a service called zenshot which creates a 360-degree view of the construction site. For easeful use of zenshot, a camera stand needs to be installed on-site then shooting needs to be done by simply pressing the start button on the screen of the camera then 360 degrees screen view will be registered in the app 1-2 hours after shooting and it can be checked anytime, anywhere from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. This 360-degree site view can be useful in multiple ways it can be easily viewed by the parties away from the site, a manager who manages multiple sites can easily manage their site using this, and many more.

The company plans to use the September 2025 funding to enhance the development of AI systems, advance hardware and device development, as well as to recruit personnel and improve its organizational structure.
