Founded in 2020 by Remy Fabre and Louis Lambert, and based in Paris, France, Vesta SAS, trading under the name Zefir, operates as a provider of online real estate marketplace that uses automated processes and algorithms to allow sellers to receive an offer without showing or listing their homes. In September 2025, Zefir raised EUR 15 million in series B funding led by new investor FinTech Collective, with participation from other new investors TX Ventures and FJ Labs. Returning investors Sequoia Capital, Zigg, and Heartcore Capital also participated in the round. Zefir is a real estate platform that streamlines the property sales process.

Zefir’s approach integrates multiple real estate agents into a cooperative network, streamlining the sales process and enhancing efficiency. By centralizing the buyers' database and distributing roles among top-performing agents, The company generates revenue through transaction fees on property sales, premium services for agents, and value-added features such as advanced analytics and marketing tools. Its collaborative model ensures recurring income from agent partnerships and enhanced visibility services for sellers.
