Established in 2025 in Shenzhen, China, Yushui Flying was founded by Wu Guan with expertise in ship design, composite materials and intelligent control systems. The company began hydrofoil R&D in 2024, launching its first model in 2025 and securing initial customer orders. In August 2025, it closed a round of angel funding. The company designs and manufactures intelligent hydrofoil boats for consumer and industrial markets.

Its vessels use carbon fiber composite structures to reduce weight to around 800 kg. The boats feature intelligent control systems with sensors and algorithms that dynamically adjust hydrofoil angles for stability and performance. Applications include leisure and tourism, government and corporate clients, yacht clubs, green shipping, inter-island transport and specialty logistics. The company generates revenue through direct sales of hydrofoil boats to B2B clients, as well as through customized product development for specific maritime applications.

The firm plans to expand sales in domestic coastal tourism markets while entering Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern and European segments for yacht clubs, green shipping and island transport.
