The company, as of July 2020, raised a total of 6 funding rounds, and in 2021, the company filed with NASDAQ to perform an initial public offering of 6,875,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price of $44. 00 per share. The company operates an AI-integrated (Artificial Intelligence) online platform that allows users to find and select machine shops and custom manufacturers and also offers them an online quoting portal and a network of partner manufacturing facilities to receive instant pricing, expected lead times, and manufacturability feedback.
