In November 2022, Wynwood House LLC raised venture debt funding. The round was part of a larger USD 7 million seed and debt funding. The company provides an apartment rental platform that helps real estate investors monetize their properties as well as enables individuals to apartments located close to the cafes, restaurants, and other things a modern traveler needs in Latin America. As of December 2022, Wynwood House manages more than 850 leased apartments leased under its brand in four Latin American countries Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Panama.
The company plans to use its proceeds from November 2022 funding to multiply its growth and expand beyond Latin America. Wynwood House also plans to grow from 850 units to 2,500 units in 2023, and lease units in Chile (Santiago) and Spain (Madrid).
