Founded in 2022 and based in Hangzhou, China, Wuba Intelligence is a state-owned high-tech enterprise under the China Ordnance Equipment Group Corporation that focuses on the research and development of bionic intelligence and robots.  In October 2025, Wuba Intelligent raised approximately CNY 500 million in strategic investment co-led by new investors China Reform Holdings and Fuzhe Capital, with the participation from new investors CCT Fund Management, Caitong Capital, Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Innovation Fund Phase III, Guoshun Investment, Shenyin Wanguo Hongding Equity Investment Management and other investors. The company focuses on the "big security" and "big industry" business directions and is deeply involved in technological breakthroughs and product development of general-purpose humanoid robots and industry-level four-legged robot dogs. The company generates revenue through providing special bonic robots and the development of key technologies such as bionic motion control, bionic intelligent perception, and natural human-computer interaction.

The company plans to accelerate the construction of pilot bases, break through the core key technologies of embodied robots, and expand large-scale security and large-scale industrial application scenarios.
