Based in Tokyo, Japan, established in 2012, Wiz Co. , Ltd, d. b. a Wiz, operates branches throughout the country, extending from Sapporo in the north to Okinawa in the south.
The company focuses on technology-related sectors, including cloud services, IT products, application platforms, online commerce, and digital transformation, and supports preschool institutions and human resources. In February 2026, Wiz Co. , Ltd. raised an undisclosed amount in venture funding from Ogome Saketen Co.
, Ltd. In 2017, it started providing “TOKUSHIMA CITY Wi-Fi". Mid-year it was recognized as a “Business owner that supports single parents”. Wiz began a business partnership with TP-Link.
In the same month, it started its “Call share” service, a work from home call center business app, and the "Akerun sales partner". Soon after it started its Hoi-Q preschool staffing business. In the next month, it installed TownWifi in all branches. Late in the same year, it was recognized by the 29th Sports-promoting businesses and was 7th place for the Forbes JAPAN WOMEN AWARD of 2017.
It also released “URUMAP”, its cloud sourcing service. Early in 2018, it started an eating establishment business. Mid-year it started a business partnership with the company M&A auction. The next month, the TP-LINK, TownWifi and Wiz partnership marketing promotion was formally started.
Late in the year, it established a joint venture company support portal. Wiz Co. , Ltd. has consistently established subsidiaries and branches throughout the years but for the first time it acquired all the shares of an advertising company Focus Channel.
A couple of years prior to 2019, Wiz has been introducing garbage collection initiatives in certain branches. In April 2019, it started its JAPAN CURTAIN business that sells customized, made-to-order curtains. The next month, it participated in raising the capital of Kamecho, a security camera company. In the same month, it started offering the services of "C-bot" (conversion).
Mid-year it started a business partnership "Wifi Chirashi" with TownWifi. In August, Wiz agreed to acquire the shares of the company digital chill. In the next month, Wiz entered a business partnership with Livestreamers Inc. then released "DougaTsukuru-kun" (Little video maker).
Wiz also started a business partnership with the company Digital Advantage to promote cashless transactions in stores. In October, it released "Cocopet", a site that supports the buying of high-class pets in the country. Wiz was also appointed as the exclusive distributor of TP-LINK, the first in the country. In the same month, Wiz started offering high quality internet using Asahi Net's "V6 Connect".
It also started providing the cashless payment service "Coiney" and "TsukeHarai"; and released "Hikari Tuber", an internet service for video streamers. The following month, in November, it signed a partnership agreement with "Uber", to recruit partner stores for "Uber Eats". At the end of the year, it started its "DX Keisoku kun" business (Little Digital Transformation transition). It started a business partnership with Haluene to provide IT equipment warranties.
Wiz has been very busy even during 2020, starting with the release of "Hajimete no DX", a digital transformation support media. In the same month, it started the free installation of "Stand-alone WIFI" in Okinawa and Kagoshima. In February, its subsidiary Kireinisuta signed an agreement to acquire the shares of the company, neon. It also released "Signage Monster" a total platform for digital signage and CO-NECT, an online ordering tool, and "Okinawa Kigyou Choice", a media for Okinawan entrepreneurs.
Along with deciding employees will work from home, Wiz started offering several services for free for a limited time, to help those who were working from home. Wiz entered a business partnership with Bell Face to construct the "Wiz Sales Data Platform". Wiz also started with Lier Factory that runs "AI-Credit". In April, the company started offering "Hajimete no Telework", a telework concierge service.
In May it introduced the take-out app "menu" and released the service "Eraberu Zeirishi", a media dedicated to finding tax accountants; "Zero Yen Sougyou" that makes the cost of registering businesses zero; "Kaiten online", a service that helps establishments go online; "Freelance no Madoguchi" helps those wanting to start freelancing find the best job for them. In June 2020, it released "Virus Gekitai series", a site that handles products for virus prevention; and "Youken no madoguchi" is a service for businesses who want distributors. In September, Wiz CEO Shun Yamazaki is appointed CEO of online secretary and concierge company "nene". In the same month, Wiz started a partnership with Inshoku Support.
com, which runs the Inshoku Support Club, in order to carry out the digital transformation of the food and beverage industry. Wiz introduced the EFO service run by F-Code, and started offering the "Conversion-kun" E-bot. In October, Wiz opened 2 " Wiz SHOP DX Cafe need" in Tokyo and Sapporo, with the concept of fusing IT and cafe. It also started a partnership with the Blayn company, which runs and sells the "Blayn cashier" in order to carry out digital transformation in the food and drink industry.
Wiz was once again recognized as a "Business that makes use of women power" for 2020 and 2021. It also released "Smart Desk" which aims to make telephone tasks more efficient. In November, Wiz started offering "Timee", a part-time job app. In December, Wiz added delivery services to "Kaiten Online".
Without pausing, Wiz continued to release "Online madoguchi" in January 2021, an online service that can do anything from request for materials to book workshops. It also started offering "need", a condominium-hunting app designed to avoid being infected. The company plans to use the February 2026 funding to enhance sales and elevate its brand value.
