Wingman helps sales teams with real-time coaching, which enforces better listening and talking speed. Wingman’s tool records, transcribes and analyses calls, and picks out trends on what’s working and what’s not in pitches made by salespersons. The software's features include a bot which shows a cue card to automatically coach the people when they are on the call with prospective customers; talking points for sales representatives while conversing with customers; review card which has a list of next steps with regards to what was talked about in the call. The software enables companies to cut the training time of their representatives by 30-50%.

The company generates revenue by providing a subscription service of its platform involving three plans: Growth plan, costing USD 60 /month/representative for up to 10 representatives; Accelerator plan, costing USD 90 /month/representative for unlimited representatives; and Enterprise plan, starting at USD 110 /month/representative for unlimited representatives.
