Based in Stockholm, Sweden, and founded in 2005 by Bäckarlin, Lindström, and Selegård, Voyado, formerly known as Revide, changed its name to Voyado and partnered with Oculos in 2017. The company has offices in Stockholm, Åre, and Norrköping with over 100 employees in 2019. Voyado's client base includes Malene Birger, Daniel Wellington, and Björn Borg. In June 2025, Viking Global Investors agreed to acquire approximately 70% majority stake in Voyado AB from H&M Group Ventures, Verdane Capital Advisors, eEquity, and Novax.
The transaction was completed later that month. The firm offers solutions such as customer relationship management (CRM) and customer data platform (CDP), insights reports, marketing automation, artificial intelligence (AI) and predictions, campaigns, and loyalty. The company plans to use the funding from June 2025 to scale its product development and expand its presence across Europe.
