The company provides over 86 personal care products, including deodorants, body sprays, scents, roll-ons, Ittars, shower gels, body lotions, body mists, face creams, face powders, and makeup compacts under its brands FOGG, OSSUM, and WhiteTone.
Vini Cosmetics sells its products across 160 cities worldwide through its network of 1000 plus distributors and retailers. The company plans to use the acquisition to strengthen its skincare and haircare categories with long-term investors on board, expand its e-commerce platform, and broaden its distribution networks.
