Founded in 2008 by co-founders Dan Schlitz and Vishal Singhal and based in California, US, Ventiva Inc. is a provider of thermal management solutions for LED bulb/lighting manufacturers, including consumer electronics devices, notebook computers, office projectors, and LED bulbs. In February 2024, Ventiva Inc. raised USD 10 million in Series C funding.

The Series C funding values Ventiva Inc. at USD 59. 45 million post-money. Ventiva’s ICE technology is the foundation for a range of cooling solutions designed for various applications.

The product lineup includes drop-in replacements for up to 10-watt thermal design power (TDP) systems, hybrid solutions for 10-to-20-watt TDP systems, and customised implementations for 20-to-30-watt TDP systems. These products cater to a wide array of electronic devices, from handheld gadgets to larger systems. The drop-in replacements are integrated into existing devices, while the hybrid solutions combine ICE technology with conventional cooling methods to enhance thermal performance. The customised solutions are tailored for high-performance systems, allowing for the creation of ultra-compact, silent, and vibration-free devices.
