Incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and founded in 2018, Velo Labs Technology Ltd is a fintech company that develops a blockchain-based financial protocol enabling digital credit issuance and borderless asset transfer for businesses using a smart contract system. The company is backed by the Stellar Network and Thai CP Group. In March 2021, Velo Labs integrates with Interstellar to build a global settlement network that enables cross-border payments in Southeast Asia on the Stellar blockchain. Velo Labs provides a value transfer engine consist of a digital credit issuance mechanism and the digital reserve system which allow its trusted partners to securely transfer value among one another in a timely and transparent manner.

Velo Labs, together with Interstellar as a unified organization, plan to set out a roadmap to build market-leading solutions for individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and their customers and collaborate to include new products and services, liquidity, money collection, and disbursement through regulated money transfer networks.
