Vaxess Technologies Inc. is developing advanced delivery systems for vaccines and therapeutics using its MIMIX™ platform, which employs silk fibroin biomaterials. This technology enables needle-free, refrigeration-free administration, allowing self-administration at home or in low-resource settings.
The MIMIX™ patch uses a microarray of bioactive tips to gradually release medications after application.
