The basalt-based soil conditioner acts as a catalyst for ERW, a process where the dissolution of basalt removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, transforming it into stable bicarbonate. The company plasn to use the seeds funding to study the carbon capture potential of enhanced rock weathering (ERW).
