from Activant Capital, Audacious Ventures, Flex Capital, Mayfield Fund, and Myriad Venture Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The June 2025 acquisition aims to provide Capchase Inc. with expansion of embedded vendor financing infrastructure and integration of automated credit approval and sales workflow systems.
