And in March 2023, Apollo Global Management and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority announced to fully acquire Univar Solutions Inc. in a public-to-private transaction for approximately USD 8. 1 billion. The company's chemicals include acids, oleochemicals, additives and modifiers, amines, polymers and resins, enzymes, oxides, surfactants, chelates, hydrocarbons, monomers, oils, pigments, silicones, and solvents.
