Founded in 2010, and based in Florida, US, Ultimate Fitness Group, LLC, doing business as Orangetheory Fitness, owns and operates a chain of fitness studios. In February 2024, Orangetheory Fitness, a portfolio company of Roark Capital Group, agreed to merge with Self Esteem Brands, LLC to form a new entity Orangetheory Fitness/Self Esteem Brands, LLC. The workouts are structured around treadmill training, rowing, and floor exercises that vary daily to target different muscle groups and fitness objectives.
