Founded in 2016 and based in Singapore, Transcelestial Technologies Pte. Ltd. develops next-generation wireless laser communication technology to deliver fiber-grade connectivity without cables for telecoms, enterprises, and governments, enabling rapid, secure, high-speed data transmission across urban, rural, and space environments globally. In November 2025, Transcelestial Technologies Pte.

Ltd. raised USD 9. 7 million in venture funding from new investor MPower Partners, with participation from returning investor NTT Finance Corporation. The company provides a product Centauri 1 which provides a wireless communication network between buildings, traditional cell towers, street-level poles and other physical infrastructure utilizing laser.

The product weighs less than 3 kg and installed overground by telecom companies in 10 minutes. It uses terahertz bandwidth for faster communication and within enterprises, it can be used for technologies such as closed-circuit television, data center connectivity, and the Internet of things. Centauri offers 1 Gbps Full Duplex (4G) and 10 Gbps Full Duplex (5G) network and uses nano satellites that receive information from laser technology. Current revenues come from enterprise deployments of CENTAURI devices, partnerships with ISPs and telcos, and pilot projects for disaster recovery and defense.

Future streams will include space-based connectivity services, government contracts, and global telecom collaborations. The company will use the funding to establish a Japanese entity and deploy wireless laser communications technology for disaster recovery and space applications.
