The firm was co-founded by Fadel Bennani (CEO) and Nicolas Henry. In July 2024, Tracklab raised EUR 1. 3 million in venture funding led by investor Kima Ventures.

It facilitates the management and sharing of quality, CSR, and regulatory documentation. Hosting over 20,000 suppliers and covering more than 30,000 products across 100+ countries, Tracklab Hub provides real-time access to supplier documents, automated compliance monitoring, and efficient communication channels.

The platform supports a range of documents, including quality certificates, CSR records, and allergen declarations, enhancing the ease of document collection, verification, and sharing.
