About

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and founded in 2023 by CEO Claudio Franco and Amilton Paglia, Tivita Tecnologia e Serviços LTDA, a. k. a. Tivita operates as a financial technology company that focuses on providing a financial management platform for clinics and medical practices to automate manual tasks.

In July 2024, Tivita raised BRL 32 million in seed funding led by FinTech Collective, with participation from South South Ventures Management, Maya Capital, and K50 Ventures. Tivita provides a financial management platform for clinics and practices, designed to streamline operations and enhance financial management. The platform features smart scheduling, financial control, and automated document processing, eliminating manual tasks. The platform supports multiple payment methods, real-time bank reconciliation, and automated end-to-end payments.

Tivita also handles the automated issuance of invoices and receipts, integrates with Google Calendar, and provides appointment reminders and confirmations via WhatsApp. Tivita generates revenue by offering subscriptions to its platform packages, which include the Flex plan, which bills per patient served, suitable for up to 100 patients per month; the Growth plan, which uses subscription billing for up to 200 patients monthly; and the Custom plan, which provides solutions for unlimited patients. The company plans to use its proceeds from July 2024 funding for growth and expansion.
